In effect since 27 October 2026
TERMS OF USE AND SERVICE – H2FAST
These Terms of Use and Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the H2Fast web platform ("Platform"), developed and operated by MOOVE NEGÓCIOS DIGITAIS LTDA ("Moove"), a private legal entity registered under Brazilian corporate tax ID (CNPJ) No. 50.628.785/0001-10, headquartered at Rua Príncipe Humberto, 112, Conjunto 44, Centro, São Bernardo do Campo – SP, ZIP 09725-200, Brazil, with official website at https://moovevistos.com.br.
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or connecting your Google account (Gmail) or Microsoft account (Outlook and Hotmail), you ("User" or "Client") declare that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. PURPOSE AND NATURE OF THE SERVICE
1.1. H2Fast is a technological platform for organization, operational support, and assisted automation for searching and submitting job applications for temporary employment opportunities in the United States linked to the U.S. government H-2A and H-2B programs.
1.2. Best-Efforts Obligation (No Guarantee of Results): Moove provides technology and strategic support to facilitate contact between the User and U.S. employers. Use of the Platform does not guarantee, promise, or assure employer responses, interview scheduling, job offers, approval of labor petitions, or the issuance of consular visas by the United States Government.
1.3. Moove does not act as a U.S. recruitment agency, has no corporate affiliation with the listed employers, and does not charge any recruitment fee in exchange for a job offer, in strict compliance with the regulations of the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
2. ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION
2.1. Use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age and have full legal capacity.
2.2. Platform access credentials are personal and non-transferable. The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and for all activities carried out under their account.
3. SOURCE OF JOB POSTING DATA
3.1. Information regarding H-2A and H-2B job opportunities displayed on the Platform is obtained from official public databases of the United States Government, specifically the SeasonalJobs.dol.gov portal (administered by the U.S. Department of Labor).
3.2. Job data is displayed exactly as published by the respective employers in official sources. Moove does not edit job conditions and is not responsible for changes in requirements, early closure of hiring processes, typographical errors in original postings, or unavailability of government systems.
4. GMAIL, OUTLOOK AND HOTMAIL INTEGRATION AND APPLICATION DISPATCH
4.1. To enable the direct sending of job applications to employers, the User may choose to connect their own Google (Gmail) or Microsoft (Outlook and Hotmail) account to the Platform through each provider's official and secure authentication protocol (OAuth 2.0).
4.2. By authorizing the integration (restricted scope gmail.send on Google, or the Mail.Send permission on Microsoft), job application emails will be sent directly from the User's own email address to the selected employers.
4.3. Content Control and Responsibility: The User has full control and responsibility over the selected job openings, the accuracy of the information contained in their resume (PDF), the content of the approved email templates, and the dispatches sent on their behalf — whether triggered directly by the User on the dashboard or, if the User has hired the Premium Advisory service, executed with the operational support of their consultant (Career Manager) upon the User's express authorization on the Platform.
4.4. Google and Microsoft Limits and Policies: Use of the Gmail account is subject to Google's Terms of Service, abuse prevention policies, and daily sending limits established by Google LLC. Use of the Outlook or Hotmail account is subject to the Microsoft Services Agreement and the sending limits established by Microsoft Corporation. Moove implements security safeguards to comply with sending best practices, but is not responsible for any temporary sending limits, preventive blocks, suspensions, or restrictions applied by Google or Microsoft to the User's personal account.
4.5. The User may disconnect and revoke their Gmail, Outlook or Hotmail account connection at any time, directly within the Platform settings or on their account security permissions page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions (Google) or https://account.live.com/consent/Manage (Microsoft).
5. USER OBLIGATIONS AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT
5.1. The User is expressly prohibited from using the Platform to:
a) Send messages unrelated to legitimate job applications (spam, chain letters, commercial or unlawful content);
b) Provide false, fraudulent information or altered documents in their profile or resume;
c) Attempt to bypass technical sending limits, reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit the Platform's source code, layout, or database;
d) Share their account access with non-contracting third parties.
5.2. Failure to comply with any obligation set forth in this clause may result in the immediate suspension or termination of access to the Platform, without prejudice to applicable legal measures.
6. ACCESS TERM AND VALIDITY
6.1. The right to access and use the Platform is valid exclusively for the period established in the service agreement entered into between the User and Moove.
6.2. Upon expiration of the contractual term, access to the Platform's sending features will be automatically terminated, while preserving the User's rights regarding their personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1. All intellectual property rights related to the H2Fast Platform, including its brand, source code, algorithms, design, operational workflows, and support materials, belong exclusively to MOOVE NEGÓCIOS DIGITAIS LTDA. Access to the Platform grants the User only a limited, temporary, non-exclusive, and revocable license of use.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND AVAILABILITY
8.1. Moove makes its best technical efforts to keep the Platform continuously and securely available. However, it does not guarantee that the system will be free from occasional interruptions resulting from scheduled maintenance, updates, or failures in third-party services (such as hosting servers, Google and Microsoft APIs, or U.S. Government portals).
9. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
9.1. The processing of the User's personal data and information handled through Google and Microsoft APIs strictly complies with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 – LGPD), the Google API Services User Data Policy, and Microsoft's identity platform data policies, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
10. AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS
10.1. Moove may update these Terms periodically to reflect Platform improvements or legal and regulatory changes. Relevant changes will be communicated to active Users within the Platform itself or via email.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The Courts of the District of São Bernardo do Campo – SP, Brazil, are elected to settle any disputes arising from this instrument, subject to specific jurisdiction provisions established in the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code.
